Colin S. McVaugh, ARA, is the founder and CEO of Agri-Land Advisors, LLC, specializing in rural real estate appraisal and consulting. He is an alumnus of New Mexico State University, where he also served as an adjunct professor in the College of ACES. Colin is a graduate of New Mexico Agricultural Leadership Class 8, a longtime NMAL board member, and has served as board president since 2026.

Justin is passionate about serving agriculture, developing people, and finding better ways to get things done. Over the past 20+ years, his career has taken him through appraisal, lending, collateral risk, and operational excellence, giving him a unique perspective on how organizations create value while managing risk. What motivates Justin most is helping others succeed, whether that's mentoring a team member, improving a process, or building relationships that create lasting impact. He believes leadership starts with trust, integrity, and service, and he strives to bring those values into every role he takes on. Outside of work, He enjoys serving the community through church leadership and volunteer activities, where he learned some of the most valuable lessons about teamwork, vision, and stewardship.

Megan Schuller- Member

Megan Schuller, graduate of New Mexico Ag Leadership class 15, is currently a Relationship Manager with American AgCredit. She and her husband reside in Las Cruces, NM where they own and operate Schuller Quarter Horses.  Megan’s favorite memory from her time with NMAL was the international trip to London and Scotland. Traveling to another country and learning about the agricultural industry was a highlight and also really bonded Class 15. During her time with NMAL, the leadership skill that grew the most was patience. As a leader, you must remember to be patient in every situation. This skill will always be tested, and it remains at the forefront.
